The Army Painter: Primer - Greedy Gold

The Army Painter Primer: Greedy Gold is a premium 400ml color primer designed to combine priming and basecoating into a single time-saving step. Featuring a rich metallic gold finish, this specialized aerosol primer is ideal for hobbyists painting knights, royal guards, ornate armor, weapons, mechanical units, fantasy heroes, and other miniatures that require a vibrant metallic gold foundation.

Greedy Gold features a unique formulation specifically developed to enhance the shimmer of fine metallic gold flakes, creating a striking metallic finish straight from the spray can. By establishing both your primer and base color at the same time, you can significantly reduce painting time while achieving consistent coverage across your models.

Designed for use on plastic, resin, and metal miniatures, this fast-drying acrylic primer delivers smooth, even coverage without obscuring fine details. The precision nozzle and ultra-fine pigment formulation help preserve intricate sculpting while creating a durable surface ready for additional layers of paint, washes, highlights, and effects.

Greedy Gold is a 100% color match to the corresponding Army Painter Warpaint, making touch-ups and further detailing simple and seamless. Whether you're painting fantasy armies, science fiction forces, tabletop heroes, or display miniatures, this metallic primer provides an excellent starting point for gold-heavy color schemes.
